Salah satu cara pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan 'fun' adalah dengan cara menikmati alunan musik kesukaan kita sambil mempelajari lirik lagunya baik perkata maupun perkalimat.

Discussion Text : Birth Control

Most People agree that some form of family  limitation or spacing is desirable for the good of the family and society. But individuals and groups (especially religious groups ) differ sharply on the methods of birth control that they consider moral and acceptable.

Couples that practice birth control do so for various reasons. They may want to limit or space their children, or  to have no children at all. Young couples often postpone having children so that both partners can work full-time. Other couples space their children, so they can give each child as much attention as possible. Some women are advised by their doctor to avoid pregnancy for health reasons. In many countries with rapidly growing populations, the goverment encourages couples to limit the size of their families.

Eventhough birth control has gained in acceptance, opposition to the practice  is countinous. Some people fear that birth control encourages sexual relations outside marriage or that goverment might impose birth control. Some religious groups oppose birth control on moral grounds.

Some religious groups teach that artificial methodes of birth control are immoral because they separate the two purposes of intercouse in marriage-conjugal love and the procreation of children. Although they oppose all artificial birth control, they consider natural family planning acceptable.

English Since Now

Orang tua jaman sekarang umumnya pernah menerima pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di masa sekolah, nah pengetahuan ini walaupun belum fasih mulai bisa diajarkan kepada bayi Anda. Karena seorang bayi mempunyai sistem otak yang sedang berkembang, jalur-jalur hubungan antar neuronnya masih belum banyak dan potensi memasukkan sebuah pelajaran bahasa akan lebih mudah terserap. 

Membiasakan seorang anak sejak bayi mendengarkan percakapan ringan dalam Bahasa Inggris akan memudahkannya menerima pembelajaran secara formal kelak ketika dia sudah sekolah, karena informasi yang pernah didengarnya akan terakses kembali ketika pelajaran secara formal dimulai.

Jadi jangan ragu untuk memulainya, Anda bisa memprogram sistem bahasa Anak Anda sejak bayi dengan mengajaknya bicara dengan bahasa Ibu sebagai yang utama dan juga melatihnya terbiasa dengan bahasa ke dua. Bisa dengan film, lagu atau percakapan di kaset, atau membacakan sebuah cerita berbahasa Inggris secara berkala dan lihat, hal ini akan sangat membantunya kelak ketika dia mulai sekolah, dan Anda tidak perlu pusing dengan nilai pelajaran Bahasa Inggrisnya. Kalau Anda orang tua yang tergolong agresif, Anda bisa menambahkan beberapa bahasa sekaligus untuk memorinya. Apakah Anak tidak akan jenuh menghadapi ini ? Tentu tidak, kecuali Anda mengajari bayi Anda dengan cara sangat formal seperti di kelas dan dikasih tugas-tugas menghafal.....wahhhh bisa stress tuh bayi. Lakukan saja secara alami. Sampai hari ini saya dan banyak orang tidak pernah mengerti bagaimana bisa fasih berbahasa Indonesia, sepertinya terjadi begitu saja, dan seingat saya, saya tidak pernah stress di masa kecil karena disuruh belajar Bahasa Indonesia, saya hanya diajak omong, mendengar, dan berkata-kata dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

Meskipun saya percaya bahwa suatu hari kelak Bahasa Indonesia juga akan menjadi Bahasa Komunikasi Internasional, tidak adal salahnya Anda dan anak Anda tetap mempelajari bahasa-bahasa Asing karena dalam hubungan Internasional, orang akan lebih happy dengan bahasanya sendiri.
